Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Loveable application (the “App”), you acknowledge and agree that this agreement is between you and Loveable LLC only, and not Apple Inc. or Google. Your use of the App is governed by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App.

Loveable LLC (“Loveable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

7.4 Severability & 7.5 Entire Agreement
If any term is invalid, the rest remain in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Loveable.

7.6 No Waiver
Failure to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right.

7.7 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours.

7.8 Feedback License
By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it worldwide.

7.9 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7.10 Export Controls
You may not export the App or its content in violation of U.S. export laws.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

9. Termination

No refunds for unused subscription time
Certain terms survive termination

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA.

10.2 Arbitration Agreement
You agree to resolve disputes via:

11. Apple App Store Terms (EULA Addendum)

This EULA is between you and Loveable LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App.

11.2 Scope of License
Your license is limited to use on Apple devices you own or control, and per Apple’s Media Services Terms.

11.3 Maintenance and Support
Loveable LLC provides all support and updates. Apple is not responsible for any support.

11.4 Warranty Disclaimer
If the App fails to comply with any warranty:

You may notify Apple for a refund
Apple has no other warranty obligations
Loveable LLC is responsible for all other remedies

11.5 Product Claims
Loveable LLC is responsible for any:

Product liability claims
Legal/regulatory violations
Consumer protection or privacy issues (including HealthKit/HomeKit)

11.6 IP Infringement
We are solely responsible for defending any intellectual property claims related to the App.

11.7 Legal Compliance
You represent that:
