How does Loveable work?
The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to broadcast your love intentions to nearby devices. When other Loveable users are in range, they can receive
your messages, creating a local network of positive energy and connection.
Is my location tracked?
Loveable uses location services only to enhance the love broadcasting experience with location-based features. Your exact location is anonymized and used only for creating aggregate heatmaps showing collective love intentions. You can adjust geo-precision settings between “City” and “Neighborhood” levels in Settings.
How do I create an account?
When you first open the app, you’ll be prompted to create an account. Follow the registration process to set up your profile and start broadcasting love messages.
Why do I need to grant Bluetooth permissions?
Bluetooth permissions are essential for Loveable to function. The app uses Bluetooth to broadcast and receive love messages with other nearby users.
Without these permissions, the core functionality won’t work.
Why does the app need location permissions?
Location permissions allow the app to provide location-based features and contribute to our anonymous love heatmap. This helps us understand where positive intentions are being shared globally while maintaining your privacy.
What is Idle Mode?
Idle Mode is a battery-saving feature that dims your screen after two minutes of inactivity while keeping the app active for broadcasting. This allows Loveable to continue working in the background while conserving battery life. You can set Idle Mode duration from 30 minutes up to indefinite periods.
What is Thermal Protection?
Thermal Protection automatically adjusts message broadcasting frequency to prevent your phone from overheating during extended use. This ensures your device stays cool while sending love energy.
What are Premium Features?
Premium subscribers get access to:
– The Labs: Exclusive experimental features and beta access
– Advanced Statistics: Detailed analytics about your connections
– Campaigns: Create unlimited love broadcasting campaigns
– Enhanced Intentions: Send personalized messages with advanced options
– Full Connections: Complete connection history and management tools

How do I subscribe to Premium?
Go to Settings > Subscription and tap “Subscribe Now” to view available plans and pricing. You can choose from monthly subscription options.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Tap “Manage Subscription”
3. This will take you to your subscription management in either Apple or Android where you can manage/cancel your subscription.
Technical Issues
The app isn’t detecting other users nearby
Make sure:
– Bluetooth is enabled on your device
– Location permissions are granted
– The app has proper permissions in iOS Settings
– Other users are also running the app nearby
– You’re in an area with other Loveable users
My battery is draining quickly
Try these solutions:
– Enable Thermal Protection in Settings
– Reduce broadcasting frequency
– Use Idle Mode for longer sessions
– Ensure your device isn’t overheating
The app crashes or won’t start
– Force close the app and reopen it
– Restart your phone
– Check that you have the latest iOS or Android version
– Ensure you have adequate storage space
– If problems persist, try deleting and reinstalling the app
Notifications aren’t working
– Check that notifications are enabled
– Verify notification frequency settings in the app
– Ensure “Receiving Love” is enabled in Settings

What data does Loveable collect?
Loveable collects minimal data necessary for functionality:
– Anonymous message counts for collective statistics
– Anonymized location data (city or neighborhood level only)
– Account information you provide during registration
– Usage statistics to improve the app experience
Is my personal information shared?
No personal information is shared with other users. All love messages are anonymous, and location data is anonymized for heatmap purposes only.
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account:
1. Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom
2. Tap “Delete Account”
3. Confirm your decision
4. Type “DELETE” when prompted
5. This action cannot be undone and will remove all your data
